Add a patient

To add a new patient:

1. Access your series
2. On the left menu, choose "Patients" and then "+ Add patient"
3. Fill the form with identity information about your patient: first name, last name, birth date, ...

   These variables are always asked, whatever the variables you created for your patient. Every data with an asterisk * is mandatory.

4. Click on « Add this patient » to create your patient
   If you had aberrant or incorrect data, EasyMedStat will prevent you from adding the patient and will notify you with an error message.

5. Then, your own custom variables appear and you can fill them out
