Stop collecting identity information

By default, identity information will be collected in the e-CRF forms.

This includes several fields: first name, last name, birth date, inclusion date, last follow-up date and death date.

First name, last name, and birth dates will be pseudonymized as described here.

However, you can choose not to collect this data at all. Here is how:

1. Head to the menu "Series" > "Parameters"
2. Uncheck the fields you do not wish to collect
3. Save changes
