Change labels for Inclusion Date and Last Consultation Date

To change labels for Inclusion date and/or Last Consultation dates, follow these steps:

1. Head to the menu "Series" > "Parameters"
2. Change the label for inclusion date under "Inclusion date description"
3. Change the label for last consultation date under "Last follow-up description"
4. Save changes

You can also choose not to collect this data at all.
