Create subcategories

When you have many categories, you can organize them in subcategories, just like folders.

You can create up to 3 levels of categories. For example:

1. The patient
   1. Demographic data
      1. Age, gender, ...
      2. Geographic origin
   2. Medical history
      1. Medical conditions
      2. Previous surgeries
      3. Treatments

To put a category inside another category, use the "Parent category" field when you create the category.

For example, to put "Demographic data" inside "The Patient" category, edit "Demographic data" and choose "The patient" as the parent category.
