You can resend an ePRO questionnaire email to a patient if they haven't responded yet. If the patient has already completed the questionnaire, resending is not possible.
Option 1: Resend from the Patient's Record
- Open the patient's form.
- In the left menu, click on "Questionnaire".
- Select the questionnaire that needs to be resent.
- Click the blue "Send Email Now" button.
? Make sure the patient’s email is correctly entered in the "Identity" section of their record.
Option 2: Resend from the Monitoring Tab
If you don't have access to patient records, you can resend emails from the Monitoring tab:
- Navigate to Monitoring > Scheduled.
- You can also check the "Send Not Answered", "Canceled", or "Errors" sections.
- Click the "Send" button in the top right corner.
