Resend an ePRO questionnaire

You can resend an ePRO questionnaire email to a patient if they haven't responded yet. If the patient has already completed the questionnaire, resending is not possible.


Option 1: Resend from the Patient's Record

  1. Open the patient's form.
  2. In the left menu, click on "Questionnaire".
  3. Select the questionnaire that needs to be resent.
  4. Click the blue "Send Email Now" button.


? Make sure the patient’s email is correctly entered in the "Identity" section of their record.


Option 2: Resend from the Monitoring Tab

If you don't have access to patient records, you can resend emails from the Monitoring tab:


  1. Navigate to Monitoring > Scheduled.
  2. You can also check the "Send Not Answered", "Canceled", or "Errors" sections.
  3. Click the "Send" button in the top right corner.
