Currently, it is not possible to reopen a closed query or revert it to a previous status. Once a query is closed, its status remains final.
Additionally, you cannot create a new query on the same variable. As a workaround, you can add a comment on the variable to document any necessary information. However, keep in mind that comments do not offer the same tracking and resolution capabilities as queries.
