How to Export an Annotated Case Report Form

To export an annotated Case Report Form (CRF) in EasyMedStat, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Data Manager:

   • From the main menu on the left, click on Series.
   • In the dropdown menu, select Data Manager.

2. Access the Export CRF Option:

   • In the Data Manager section, find and click on Export CRF.

3. Configure Export Settings:

   • Format: Choose the format you prefer for the export. The options are:
     • Printed form (.docx): This format is suitable for a text document that can be easily printed or shared.
     • Coded structure (JSON): This format is useful for data integration and advanced analysis.
   • Language: Select the language in which you want the CRF to be exported. The default is English, but other options may be available depending on your system settings.
   • Export All Variables: Choose whether to export all variables or only specific categories:
     • Yes, all variables: Exports all data fields.
     • No, only following categories: Allows you to select specific categories of variables to include in the export.

4. Generate the File:

   • Once you have configured the settings, click on the Generate file button.
   • The system will process your request and prepare the file for download.

5. Download the File:

   • After the file is generated, a download link will appear. Click on it to download the annotated CRF to your local machine.
