I can not find my series anymore

If you do not find a series you have created, here are a few steps that should help you recover your data:


1. Check that your series is not hidden


In the series list, click on the filter icon next to the "Design" column and check "Imported".

By default, imported series are hidden in your series list.



You can prevent this by changing the design of your series. Go to the series parameters and change the "Design" parameter to "Prospective", "Retrospective" or any other value.



2. Verify that you have created this series with this account


If you use multiple accounts, please check your other accounts.



3. Verify that you did not rename your series


Check the number of patients in your currently visible series to ensure that it is not already listed in your series list.



If you cannot find your series after having checked these steps, please contact our support. We will help you.
